– Medium Large fits 11-1/2″ through 13-1/2″ snug neck circumference (1/2″ wide)

We do make larger sizes in 1xl – 3xl, however, you would need to request a custom order. The base of the 1xl – 3xl collars only comes in silver, black and pink with the same rhinestones and spikes on top.
