RETURN POLICY
WE WANT YOU TO BE HAPPY AND CONFIDENT WITH YOUR PURCHASE(S) FROM ROCKSTAR PET COLLARS.
RETURNING ONLINE PURCHASES
* Each of our products are hand-made to order. Once the order is placed, there are no refunds. We make your collar or leash right away, so we can get it out to you as soon as possible.
* Collars can’t be exchanged because the wrong size is ordered. Please make sure your measure your pets neck before you place your order. Sizes are listed in the drop down menu next to the sizes.
* The only exchanges we do are within a 30 day time period and if there is a manufacturers defect. All exchanges must be postmarked within ten (10) days of your receipt of the ordered merchandise. If you have a defect, the item(s) must be in original unused condition. You can return the product for the purchase price (minus the shipping, handling, and other charges).
If you receive an item(s) that’s defective or different from your original order, ROCKSTAR PET COLLARS will exchange the item(s) for the original item(s) ordered or an item(s) of equal or similar value. All exchanges must be postmarked within ten (10) days of your receipt of the ordered merchandise. Item(s) must be in original unused condition.
* No returns of worn, scratched up, torn, drug through the mud, swum in, bitten, chewed on or run over collars will be accepted. Please send them back in new condition. You laugh, but stranger things have happened!
* In addition, you will not be given a free collar, if you have given us an incorrect address and the shipment does not reach you. To place another order, you will need to pay for the product and shipping and then will be refunded once we have received the merchandise that was originally shipped to you.
SHIPPING BY MAIL
* Please email us at pets@rockstarpetcollars.com for an exchange authorization number prior to mailing the package along with nature of the defect in your exchange package.
* Please pack exchanges with adequate protective padding and materials, securely for shipping with a copy of your receipt. Merchandise damaged from improper packaging or otherwise will NOT be accepted.
* All shipping charges must be paid by the customer. COD deliveries will be returned to the customer.
* Exchanges must be sent via U.S. Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS only. Exchange packages MUST been insured for the full retail value of the merchandise, and must include tracking or delivery confirmation. ROCKSTAR PET COLLARS is not responsible for items lost in return transit.
* Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for exchange shipping costs.
